Went to Dave & Busyer's with my daughter for the first time & had a great time. We were greeted when we came in by the manager, Jake. Our server Erin took exceptional care of us while we dined and answered all our questions. I had the blackened chicken pasta & my daughter ate the bar burgers - delicious. We purchased all day game passes and a super charge pack. The arcade is wild! Lots of fun. We're definitely going to be back.

Great games priced right for Wednesdays! My kids insist Wednesdays only so they're getting the maximum value. Lots of new games and has a great vibe. Recommended greatly, just wish the game prices were a little bit more like Wednesday

We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s this evening! We came in as a party of 6 (including four 10-year-old girls) to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and everything went smoothly! Our server was AMAZING! She was incredibly quick, friendly, attentive, and somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. The manager was also wonderful. She greeted us right away, showed us to our reservation, and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the dart game in the Darts Suite…. She also checked on us throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. The food came out quickly, the kids had a lot of fun (especially for a wednesday) and the whole evening was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

I go to a lot of Dave & Busters in different towns. The Toledo location is by far my favorite! Everything is modernized, they have all the new games and all the new live play rooms. Jake the manager is always up front greeting guests or talking to players playing games. In a world where most people act like they don't like being at work, he always is in a good mood and seems to love what he does. That is very rare. The food was excellent - there was one small error where someone in our party didn't get fries, but jake got wind of it and made sure he delivered it in person to us, apologized, and asked us how everything else was. When we were on the game floor one of the games got stuck and the gentlemen who came to fix it were also in a good mood and very friendly. The employees here always seem somewhat happier and certainly better trained than other Dave & Busters that I have experienced! Great job, guys keep doin' what you're doin'!
