  I had an awesome experience today. I had an issue with an old card and the manager Justin looked up my information and was able to help me play and we had so much fun!! Definite 5 stars. The food is also SOOO good !!

  Only went in to play arcade 😁 the food smelled good but I didn't eat🫤 I still gave 4 stars on the food because I feel bad😅 ANYWAYS, it was a safe and comfortable environment. Games were clean and FUN!! The whole place looked and smelled very clean!! I'll go back for sure!

  My experience from start to finish at Dave and Busters was amazing. I was greeted by the hostess, Lauren, who was so friendly and helpful and guided me to my new hero, Kerri, who was SO generous in donating items for our schools fundraiser this year! Our kids are going to be so excited to earn their D&B play cards!! THANK YOU Kerri and Lauren! You rock!

  Our waitress Hannah was absolutely amazing. From start to finish she took the time to make sure that we were comfortable that we understood everything about the menu and how the gameplay works. We cannot say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff here at Dave & Buster's. The food was excellent we all enjoyed everything one had steak one had shrimp and fish and one had the double cheeseburger with bacon. Everything came out exactly the way it was supposed to it was prepared properly. And the banana Foster dessert was to die for. Again, we can't think Hannah and her staff enough. Thank you

  I took my son and his girlfriend to Dave & Buster’s, and overall, we had a lot of fun playing the games together. My son especially had a great time and worked really hard to earn over 13,000 tickets because he had his heart set on the large sloth prize displayed at the top of the prize area. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became very disappointing. When we went to redeem his tickets, we were told that they did not have the large sloth in stock. We asked if we could have the display since it was clearly the exact prize being advertised, but we were told that the display could not be given away because it has a slash through it. I understand that displays are sometimes not available for redemption. However, when a customer spends a significant amount of money and time earning 13,000+ tickets specifically for a prize that is prominently displayed, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect that prize to actually be available. I spoke with the manager, hoping there might be another solution. He explained that they had been struggling to get this particular item in stock for weeks. When I asked why the item wasn’t removed from the display if they knew it wasn’t available, his response was “corporate wants it to look full.” That response was incredibly disappointing. If a prize has been unavailable for weeks, continuing to prominently display it simply to make the prize area look full feels misleading to customers. In my opinion, that’s not a good way to treat people who are spending their money and investing their time trying to earn these prizes. My son worked hard for those tickets, and watching him be excited about finally getting the prize he had worked toward, only to find out it wasn’t actually available (and hasn’t been for weeks), was frustrating and disappointing. The games and time with my son and his girlfriend were great. The prize experience and the way this situation was handled were not. Dave & Buster’s, if a prize is going to be unavailable for weeks, please consider removing it from the display or clearly indicating that it is unavailable. Customers deserve to know what they are realistically working toward before spending hundreds of dollars and hours earning tickets.
