  One of the worst locations ever. They are always running out of food and never wanting to cook off more. Especially in the evenings. If I'm coming in at 9 and you don't close until 11, why is it only 1 or 2 proteins to choose from?

  Tried the Chipotle honey chicken and it was so good. I dont think it should ever be taken off the menu. I used the drive through. I wish the staff could be more friendly. I told my name, was gave my bag, I said thank you and she just shuts the window. No your welcome or have a nice day or anything.

  Waited in line 10 solid minutes to get to the front to order. As I observed them cutting fresh chicken. Both in-store, and drive thru were scooping from off the cutting table. I’m next up they take the chicken to the drive thru side. Ask for 3 bowls 2 chicken 1 honey chipotle chicken. She tells me we are out of chicken. I said no you’re not I just watched them take the 3/4 full container to drive thru side (that’s how much chicken they scooped from it)…. Well that’s for drive thru only. I said really you all just pulled chicken from it. Now I’m up your out of chicken and you don’t have enough honey chipotle to fill my orders… so I said never-mind! I called corporate and gave them my thoughts on my excellent experience. Customers who actually step foot in your store should be taken care of first end of story. If I could give no star rating for my experiences today I would. This is usually an excellent store. And if they are “out” of something it’s usually posted on the door.

  Went in for some lunch today as soon as I walked in the whole team was on there A game in and out in 10 minutes when normally in there for 20 or so, this lunch team is top notch. The one girl asked me if I needed anything on my food else after she shut my bowl, just in case she didn’t hear me say something, manager give these girls and guys back there props plz

  The building was very nice & clean!! The workers who made my food and cashed me out at the register we're extremely nice and polite with big smiles on their faces. I gave 4 ⭐ only because the rice & the corn, really everything but the meat was really bland. Like none of it was seasoned enough. Not like it usually is. Idk if they even season the stuff to begin with or why it was so bland on this trip. Everything was freshly restocked maybe they just needed to stir it all up first idk. It was all still good, just kind of bland is all.. I would definitely come back to this store again tho
