  Visited Buffalo wild wings on Navarre and they didn't seat us for 15m and they wasn't busy. Then when finally seated the waiter says it will be like 20m before we could place our order. The whole restaurant guess was Caucasian except for one black with a white family. Myself and my son are black the waiter with the curly hair and white walked right past us just like we wasn't there then instructed the other waiter to move us in a corner we left the restaurant I'll never go back horrible customer service. Felt very uninviting and racially unaccommodating in targeted

  Buffalo chicken tots were not up to your usual standard. Very skimpy on the toppings.

  Terrible service. Not busy at all and still waited 45 minutes for food, then it came out simultaneously burnt and cold. Had to keep searching for our waitress …took management three different times to figure out how to use our gift card. Overpriced. Overall a very disappointing experience.

  Picking up/ food delivery from this restaurant is not consistently worth it. The pickup and delivery processes mess up one another and impact wait times for all at key times, completely defeating the process of having promise times for customers. The wait at this store makes it almost never worth it, whether you’re a dasher or a customer. In my opinion, ordering pickup/delivery from this restaurant is only worthwhile during off-hours when Dashers will actually get your food to you when you want it and how you want it for a price that’s reasonable… but ordering during peak hours (4:30-8:30 most days) is just begging for misfortune. You’ll get good service with an excellent tip, but in my opinion, doing a huge tip for a dasher to wait longer is just rewarding your delivery for the crew getting behind, which doesn’t influence your food quality. I think that this restaurant would have more success if it found a way to improve the quality of its process for pickups and deliveries, as the variability in wait times are likely impacting how often people order. It certainly has affected my likeliness to order. All in all, BW3s needs to do a better job at sectioning out its delivery and pickup processes so that employees aren’t constantly scrambling. If it’s constantly chaos at your pickup counter because things tend to get backed up easily, why would anyone want your food if there’s no telling if it’ll be ready when desired?
