Your normal Arby's nothing much. Floors were sticky. Bathrooms had no paper towel.

Wanted to make this review a while ago but forgot. Went to get the loaded italian sub when it came back out. Keep in mind the company that owned the franchise before prized quality. And the subs were amazing. The sub I got was Definitely downsized, smaller sub buns, still had garlic aoli and other typical Italian sub ingredients. But for some reason the franchise owner AES decided that the red wine vinigrette was too expensive to keep on the sub? 99% of Italian subs have vinigrette. As an assumption, they definitely thought that was a good "budget cut" while the sub price went up. Good way for the sales of the fransises subs to go down. I only say this because most arbys across the country don't offer the subs that this area does, so it's disappointing that they made the changes that they did. Arbys was my first job over 10 years ago, and at the time the italian and loaded italian was our best selling sub, with the red wine vinigrette being most customers favorite. Most people asked for extra on the side, and at the time was .50 extra. Why this all changed, I have no idea. I know they can see the sales history reports. Just thought I'd put this out there.. these items made the arbys fransises in this area stand out from the rest.

So, we got there and placed our order. Went to get our drinks, and no ice available..so we drank warm soda. They didnt even tell us there was no ice until we asked them if they had any. My food (beef and cheddar) was okay. But my husband had the chicken sandwich and it was not fully cooked, so he threw it away. I would not go back.

Stopped by a little before 10. They had just mopped floors and told us to watch out they were slick. I had a knee replacement 2 months ago. The lady behind the counter came out and helped me out the door. She was so kind!!
