  Being completely ignored at the counter for 15 minutes is a bit ridiculous

  Food has been sloppy lately and a little cold for the fries. They take for ever now to get someone at the counter. Another customer and I waited 10 minutes for someone to take our orders and there were employees that just looked at us and ignored us. When I worked there it was not like that at all for the counter. This is normally after 5pm. The atmosphere is still friendly but it's definitely sad when I have to get someones attention to service another customer.

  Ordered Deluxe on all my orders. Only the chicken sandwich got it. my chicken sandwich was supposed to be Spicy, but I was served the regular kind. I checked my receipt too. Never really post reviews but this is not my first time at this location. Pretty upset.

  This food is always garbage no matter what time you try to go, everything's ALWAYS cold, always, does not matter if they took fries straight out the fryer and into your bag they somehow come to you cold, all fast food in tiffin is always incredibly horrible

  This has to be the slowest "fast" food in town. I made a mobile order for pick up and waited 30 minutes for my food to be brought out. I didn't even order alot. I don't know if they need more staff or training but that's no way near acceptable.
