  Waited in line 15 minutes to order and at microphone another 8 minutes with no one acknowledging me pull up to window thinking possible that something wasn’t working and was told to get back in line,I already was in line over 20 minutes , Better management at night at location is needed,been going to Tallmadge location since store opened.The way I was treated by worker at window I probably won’t return.

  Decided I needed Taco Bell ordered my food got screamed at about my sauce selections then don’t even get the sauce. Rolled quesadilla was supposed to have 2xchicken but it surely doesn’t

  I came to Taco Bell for a pickup order and had a terrible experience. I politely asked an employee if my order was ready, and he responded very rudely, saying “I have my work to do” and telling me to sit down with an arrogant attitude. After that, it honestly felt like I was being treated differently on purpose. He kept delaying my order and would not hand it to me even when it appeared ready, while helping others first. The behavior felt discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. Delivery drivers and customers deserve basic respect. Very disappointing experience.

  placed order at this location. Came all the way home and 1 of our items was missing from order. Called and manager that answered refuse to tell me his name so I could give it to my husband when he went all the way back to get the shorted item. Very unprofessional to accommodate your customers. Used drive through. Excuses short staffed, busy etc.
