- JTJacqulyn Paige Thompson6 days ago1.0How is it possible when it's not busy that you sit in the drive thru and wait for your food and when you get it is cold? Got sweet tea instead of unsweet, and I'm diabetic. Thanks for that. Refresher was correct but it tastes horrible. Mcdonalds is quickly becoming the last choice of restaurants as it is never consistent anymore. One might be OK and the next one absolutely sucks.

- KKKylanApr 23, 20261.0A larger gentleman who is an employee finished using the restroom by the kids play place area and upon entering after him so my daughter could use the restroom, I was rather disgusted to find urine all over the toilet seat. Also, the iced coffee was sour and I find they never make it consistent. It's always hit or miss. Extremely disappointed, especially since this location was rebuilt.
- RTRebecca TrusselApr 10, 20261.0This is literally the worst McDonald’s since the remodel. It is always filthy. The staff is always rude. We did have 1 pleasant guy tonight but that was it. At 10:57, 3 minutes after getting our food the manager rudely informed us the dining room closes in 3 minutes. (Keep in mind they aren’t closing, bc the drive thru is open for another hour) At 11:00 on the dot he told us it was closed and we had to go. My husband asked if we could finish our food and was informed no. I asked for bags and the manager stood and watched us bag it up. So my son didn’t get to eat his food and we didn’t get to finish. I could see if it was almost time to close or we were taking up a huge area….. maybe they should be concerned with the trash all over and sticky tables. It would have taken us maybe 10 minutes to eat. We shouldn’t have had to pay tax then to dine in if we had to take it to go.
