  Very disappointing experience at Arby’s. I picked up my order and literally live 3 minutes away, so there was hardly any time for anything to happen to this sandwich. Yet when I got home and opened it, this is what I found. The bread was completely wet and soggy, the sandwich was falling apart, and it looked like it had been sitting in grease and moisture. It was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even eat it. For the price of food these days, I expect a sandwich to at least be prepared and packaged properly. A three-minute drive should not result in a sandwich looking like this. I’m posting the picture because the photo speaks for itself. This was not a small issue or a matter of being picky—the sandwich was simply not edible to me. Very disappointed. I expected much better from Arby’s. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO LEAVE AN IMAGE ???

  Every time we’ve been here, the customer service is very impressive and noticeably better than a lot of other fast food restaurants. We’ve never had an incorrect order and the food has been fresh.

  I went through the drive-thru and got my food but was never offered the Arby's sauce and did not have a straw as well.

  My beef and cheddar was actually put together correctly and not sloppy . The new Mac and cheese with pulled pork was a very small portion. The barbecue sauce was served on the side and is cold. Thank you for reading this.
