  First order of nacho fries were cold. Went back and the next order they gave me were overcooked.

  Very friendly and nice employees. They had smiles on their faces. Was in and out in no time. The restaurant was clean.

  The attitudes of your employees are pretty poor me and a friend come in there tonight at Swanton, oh 43558 zip code lady was really rude. Starting off saying there was only two people working that we'd have to take our orders on the kiosk menu having never run one before was going to ask for help. When a third person walked in the door and I said, good, there's another person working. I was going to ask for help running the machine. And that's when the lady was also rude. Again, so I was rude back and kicked us out of the store which was fine.We were going to leave anyhow because of the attitude on your employees it's pretty sad that I guess customer service does not exist anymore. It's not our fault, they were understaffed and cannot multitask their jobs anymore the food really isn't that good.to worry about hopefully, the owner of the Taco Bell would reach out. I don't expect them to, but it would be nice

  Awful service with an attitude. Do not go inside the lobby because they do not have change if you order with cash. I was told they have no change so I was shorted. All for terrible food. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Sat here for like 15 minutes and no one even tried to take our order..they just kept walking back and forth ...will never come back here .. very poorly managed...I have had sit down restaurants faster..unreal 😔
