After our order was accepted, we waited the 20 minutes it said it would take until our food was ready. The app said our food was ready. We went in and it hadnt been started yet. We had watched as 12 other people went in and ordered at the counter and left with their food. And ours hadnt even started yet. This Subway doesnt care about online orders...so dont go here.
