  This place use to be a good chipotle to go to. You can always tell which one has a good manager by the cleanliness of the restaurant. This place just felt dirty. All I see is food and trash all over the floors and countertops. I went in at 730 pm. It was busy but I was only the second in line. The manager from the store on 23 by walmart in Delaware must have transfered there. Cause it is just as bad if not worse. I now have to resort to going to the chipotle in Lewis center by Home Depot. Everytime I have been there it feels and looks clean. I bought for 6 people in my family tonight and the lack of attention for cleanliness showed up in my daughter's bowl. She had a barcode that must have came off of a pepper cause it was a little over an inch long. Im not leaving this review trying to get anything. I just want them to be better and try to be more clean.

  Once again, doors locked well after opening time. This happens literally all of the time. When the store is actually open, it is filthy, rude staff and out of menu items. Shame on the owner or general manager for allowing this to continue for YEARS. Don’t send me the generic “we are sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us at whatever email you give” Guess what….ive tried that and you don’t even respond. Myself, along with 2 other lost customers went next door to Agape. They literally said that chipotle is their best customer haha

  First time, wasn't impressed. Not a fan of this type of menu items and if my granddaughter had not been with me to help me choose, I'd been lost and totally disappointed....the friendliness was missing the mark, while watching a couple of employees trying hard to motivate the line and fill in the gap. No ice and the dining area certainly needed cleaned and swept, walked thru crushed taco chips to eat outside instead of the dining room. Maybe just timing....

  This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to! It is so dysfunctional. The service is terrible. They had online orders ONLY last time I pulled in so tonight I did an online order. Said it would be done in 10 min, went in the store and waited another 15. The lady preparing my order had to go back and forth between the window prep station and the in store prep station to get my food ordered chips too and the guy had to go to the back to grab my chips, aas gone another few minutes. I had to tell them my rice was double rice. The guy waiting before me said he placed an online order and watched 15 people go through the in store line come and go and he was still waiting. He made a remark about how bad the two at the window working were doing. The one lady helping us was "in training" yet no one precepting or helping her, not her fault she's moving slower to prepare stuff. The whole system operation is a failure at this location. If anyone from headquarters or region even bothers to read these reviews, there is so much waste, motion, and dysfunction in this operation. You're losing customers each day, I promise you. Please get an operations manager, or a process improvement specialist to come in and help this poor staff. It is astonishing. We live close by, it's been this way for 5 years. To top it all off the food that was ready while each was being prepared tasted like it had been sitting there a while and was like warm by the time we finally got it and headed home to eat it (3 min down the road). Ridiculous, terrible, awful location after tonight won't be going back.

  First, I place my order for steak and guacamole. I open my steak in a large size side bowl, only to find out the steak barely covered the bottom of the bowl, and it was not even served warm (possible public health violation). Secondly, the facility was dirty, no ice for the customers, and the floors had chips that had been crushed by previous patrons leaving the restaurant. Lastly, I paid $15.32 for a teaspoon of steak, large size bowl of guacamole with and a fountain drink Please stay out of tbis restaurant. It may look nice drom the exterior but beware
