On road trips it's nice to find a fast food place for the family and most times they are poorly staffed, dirty, and screw up our orders. We stopped in 7/19 for a quick dinner and the staff was very nice, the restaurant was clean, the food came fast, and yes, the shake machine was working!! I call that a win, kudos to the staff and owner. I even rang their service bell

If felt like it was a inconvenience for him to take my order. He was very rude and unprofessional. I love coming to this Arby's but I dont know if I will be back.
