  Cannot stress enough how clean and organized this establishment is . The waiters are fast , courteous and professional. The food is excellent and the menu has many choices . Our waiter was excellent , I forgot his name , maybe victor ? Thanks to him and the food , we felt this Mexican was the top in comparison to all the other restaurants.

  Probamos el molcajete, y estaba muy rico. Viene con una ensalada de verdura, arroz y frijolitos. Mi hija comió flautas y estaban buenas también. Lo único que me hubiera gustado es que la salsa que tienen fuera más auténtica, a mi parecer sabe a puré de tomate. Pero entiendo que es comida basada más en gente americana. Pero para mí como mexicana me hubiera gustado una salsa auténtica. En el servicio, espectacular. El mesero que nos atendió y hasta el manager super buenos y atentos. Por mi, si vuelvo. Y con mucho gusto. ❤️

  Today we visited Gran Fiesta Mexicana hoping to enjoy a nice meal with our family, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our server, Rocío, was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a negative attitude, never smiled, and made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. We weren’t expecting anything special—just basic courtesy and a pleasant customer service experience. As constructive feedback, I believe the restaurant should be more careful when hiring and training its staff. Great food is important, but the way customers are treated is just as important. Families come to restaurants to relax, enjoy a meal together, and create good memories—not to leave feeling uncomfortable because of poor service. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the customer experience for future guests.
