    STAY AWAY - Went at 10pm, this place was an absolute WRECK, food splattered all over the serving stations, rice literally was covered all over the ground and the back of the kitchen. It was honestly disgusting what I witnessed and I don’t get grossed out that easily. I knew I should have just walked out right then and there. When I got home and opened my bowl I immediately knew something was rancid, the cheese and sour cream were definitely spoiled. This was down right pitiful and disgusting. I moved from Dallas and they have some pretty nasty chipotles in some parts of town. This one tops them all. I’ve never seen a restaurant more dirty and disgusting in my entire life. Once again stay away from this one. Honestly a bit shocking.

    Rude staff. Rice was plain with no seasoning at all and they didnt have any fajitas vegetables. Worst chipotle.the manager there needs to do better.

    The service was god awful I hate coming to this location because it disappoints me every time. Very lazy workers especially in the front. Worker refused to help and is playing on phone.

    Recently my wife ordered the Build Your Own Chipotle meal from the Chipotle in Strongsville, Ohio. When we went to pick it up we stood there for a bit until a worker finally asked what we needed, we told her we were there to pick up our online order, she looked at us kind of weird, then walked away and when she finally did come back to us a few minutes later she told us that they gave it to someone else. How is that possible? Don't they check names and order numbers? She was not very apologetic and we had to stand around for 20 minutes while they made us another one. What's the purpose of placing an order for pickup if we need to stand and wait for it to be made? I sent a compaint in about it and when I got a response I was asked for our order number and receipt. I provided those and never heard back. I even sent a follow up email and nothing. I'm glad they take these things so seriously. We won't be back to that restaurant. Do better Chipotle.
