He took a very long time to return with the first round of sodas and it was nearly impossible to get a refill. We waited way too long for food and when it came most of it was cold. There seemed to be a Manager in the window, but that didn't seem to help the long wait times for food. Many servers were standing around on their phones which probably contributed to the long wait times for food and cold food upon delivery.
