Worst order ever! All tacos came not labeled so we didn’t know what taco was what and we were missing items.

Slow service, $12 for a drink that’s mostly ice, cold food improperly made and all up charged 20% for a mandatory gratuity when it wasn’t even busy. Flaming Blue in Middleburg, Kalaveras in N Royalton or even Condado are all better options.

I've come in to order take out 3 times in the last month and every time it takes 45+ minutes. I'm here now and it's not busy at all, 1:36pm. I try hard to be a customer and fan but I just don't get what takes so long every time

Quality of food and service has dropped dramatically in the past six months. I used to come quite regularly when I closed at lil Ceasars and thwy were the only place open, like once a week ish. well, I got a new job and got out too late to get my favorite tacos after work, no biggie, taco bells across the street. Anyways, I got moved to mornings, huzzah! I can get barrio after work again! Alas.. the past two times I have ordered, the quantity and quality or the meat has definitely gone down, had beef, did not try pork. Skimpy with guac. When I checked out at the server stand thing I payed with exact change but noticed rhwy charged me the 3% service fee, no biggie, hey I paid with cash yada yada yada. And the young lady only gave me a dollar. I was lkke where's my 20 cents? She was like we dont give change. I was like huh?? I just gave you forty five cents? And she just looked at me dumbfounded. Idk if she was new or like what. Food was hot tho! Unlike my fellow reviewers. Didn't even get a margarita to go yo like I usually do. Definitely going to try a different location, hope it's better, or maybe condatos.

Wasn't impressed with the burrito bowl I ate, the corn chips were stale and the salsa was awful, my first time there was my last. Oh well, live and learn!
