  The cheese stake don't get it barely has any meat and meat on it and the meat on it was mostly fat. A big waste of money. Did the survey and seemed like a waste of time. I am sure the meat cheese and onions are in a bag and then microwaved and put on a bun. So I would stay way from it. Plus this a corporate store if was an independent store they would probably care more maybe.

  Ordered a gyro sandwich from the Strongsville store last week. Liked the flavor of the sandwich, but the texture was soft/mushy and lacking any seared or crispy portions that make a gyro. My next visit, I ordered the gyro, but I brought it home to deconstruct and sear the meat. What a difference! Went back today to the Strongsville store and asked if they could grill or broil the meat for the sandwich to add texture. DEFINITIVE ‘NO’! Sad! No customers in the dining room, no customers in line to order and no cars in the drive thru. Considering there were four workers just standing around, it seems like request should have been accepted or a valid reason to deny request should have been forthcoming. For reference, I called two other Arby’s stores nearest to me and asked if they would be able to accommodate my request. Both stores stated that it would be no problem to prepare a gyro order seared. I have no problem passing by the Strongsville store and going a little out of my way to patronize a different Arby’s. Good luck Strongsville store! I now understand why the parking lot is always empty…

  Had 2 roastbeef sliders so delicious &mozzarella sticks.My recipet mentioned arbys cheesesteaks coming June 15th. I'm excited to try one. I hope the have a promo price for this new item. I'll keep you all posted.

  Damian at Strongsville was amazing!!! Super happy, energetic, very respectful, personable, witty, and just a blessing to have around! So kind and happy. I would love to have him as an employee. Keep it up kid!
