  I had a coupon for 3 foot longs for $17.99. I ordered 3 foot long "Steak, Egg and Cheese" sandwiches, all made identically. The employee only put two eggs on each of my three foot longs when they were supposed to have 4 eggs each, then proceeded to tell me that the total was going to be $37 to add on all the eggs to the "Steak, EGG and Cheese" sandwiches. She wanted me to pay $20 more for 6 less eggs than any other Subway around town has charged me for the same coupon, for the same order. I tried to tell her that the eggs come on the sandwich. They aren't an add on, they're right there in the title of the sandwich, but she wasn't hearing me. I had already tipped her a dollar, knowing she shorted me 2 eggs per sub (times 3 subs equals 6 eggs short) cuz Im a nice person. I didn't complain about that until she tried to upcharge me twenty dollars extra, for 6 less eggs. The total is the amount of the coupon $17, not $37. I pointed out that the coupon had "exceptions of the monster." It doesn't say "all eggs are add on to a Steak Egg and Cheese sandwich." She replied "it doesn't say eggs are free either." So I said "They already come on it. Ok we're not doing this." I gave her the subs back and will not return to this subway. I eat subway three times a week and just moved to Streetsboro so she just lost what could have become a regular customer. Do yourself a favor and go to the subway on the route 43 instead. They know how to treat their customers over there and how to ring up a coupon properly. Why didn't she upcharge me for the steak too? It's right there in the name also?
