  Went there at 11am on Tuesday 6/23/26. Hours online and on the door say they open at 10am and they wasnt a worker around. No one. Was closed. Had to leave and find somewhere else to eat

  Went there today 11:25 drive thru, waited with 2 other cars. The light that r said we will be with you soon turned off twice. 1145 1st person left no food .1155 I left with no service. 3 people in drive thru left no service. 1 employee out of state plates.where they were we will never know. No food, no atmosphere, no service. Highly recommend staying away.

  6/22/2026. The touch screen barely worked, I had to press each button many times. I wanted to leave a tip but it didn’t let me press any buttons and I was running out of time to complete my order. It was cooking for 30 min, then nothing happened. The other angry customer went to drive through and only after that they gave us our orders. The food was cold (not barely worm, just cold, the bun was literally from the fridge), I had to return it (after 40 min of wait!!!!) and I don’t know if they are going to refund the money because I had to run back to the car to my screaming hungry kids. Terrible experience.

  We drive to Streetsboro from East Liverpool once a month just to eat here. But after tonight, those tripsay come to an end. We ordered our food, took 35 minutes for them to bring it out. We pushed the red button to make sure they didn't forget us. The guy on the other end gave us attitude. Food comes out 10 minutes later. It was cold, burger and footling were so sloppy we couldn't eat it and the worst part, not one napkin!! We literally threw all of the food on the dumpster. Didn't bother to bring it to anyone's attention because of the attitude we got earlier. We went to Chick Fil A instead. No road trips to Sonic for a while🥺🥺

  Probably the worse sonic I’ve been to. Being from Oklahoma I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to go to one of favorites growing up. I ordered a cherry limeade slush that was also suppose to be half apple…. Received an overly sweet cherry limeade slush after repeating apple like 15 times . Ordered a Philly received burnt meat and cheese on a small hot dog bun…. No peppers. Asked for tots got fries. Asked for a chocolate milkshake didn’t receive it at all. Unfortunately we drove almost 40 Minutes there and didn’t realize how wrong our stuff was until we were damn near home. Never again.
