  I absolutely love sonic.. BUT this location is by far the worst experience ever. Waited 20 min after being told please wait (in the drive through) just to wait another 20 min in front of the window to get my order.. that was wrong. How do you mess up the literal food item that Sonic is known for a coney. I get hiring just anyone to work but this is wild. A fast food place that takes longer than fine dining.

  Stopped on a roadtrip hoping for a quick turnaround and nostalgic food (we used to live near Sonic’s). There were out of half their Coke products (including Coke itself). It took almost 30min to get our food, and it was terrible. My jr double burger was inedible and the onion rings were cold. It wasn’t a particularly busy time (3pm on a Saturday). Wish we’d gone somewhere else.

  I drove from the Youngstown area. When I arrived I ordered a Supersonic Cheeseburger with a large tater tots. I received some kind of smash burger smothered in sauce. The man at the drive thru window seemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was slouched over like he could barely stand up. I didn’t even bother to ask for my tater tots which he did not place the order for in the first place. He handed me my order with the bag all crumpled up. Presented to me sideways with no napkins. The smash burger I received was good but definitely not what I had ordered. I decided against complaining at the restaurant yesterday because of the demeanor of the man at the drive thru window.

  I ordered online and pulled into spot #3 only to get 3rd rate service. I waited over :30 and had to call the store to get their attention because no employee walking in and out acknowledged me or my car. The seeming manager came to my car after I talked him on the phone and asked where my food was and he said F- this place and F- Sonic. We're short staffed and here's a refund with my receipt. No "we'll try better next time. Here's a gift card or try us another day." Just a refund, receipt, and no food. Never again Sonic. This store will be closed in the next 12 months.

  I waited at the canopy drive up for 10 min to order and kept being told they would be right with me. There was only one person in the drive through and 1 person at the canopy that looked like they already had food. I decided to just go through the drive through as it would probably be quicker. The employees were not very friendly. I got my food and the fries were over cooked and my burger looked overcooked but cold (so definitely not fresh). Needless to say, it was not a good experience and I will not be coming back.
