  This is not going to be a good review. The food that I ordered was good. Service on the other hand a big zero!!! I pull up to one of the car booths first one screen doesn't work, pull out pull into another and press the red service button, I wait 3-4 minutes nothing. Then I press it again, notice on the screen a message saying to please wait so I literally sat there another 10 minutes!! Then I say to myself I'm just going to go to the drive-thru, pull up nothing! Literally sit there 3 minutes not a word comes from the speaker. Then I drive around to the front get out of my vehicle and realize that they're are employees and that there's one car in line. I drive around again to the drive-thru this time I start shouting hello hello?? Finally this girl in a giggly voice says can I help you. Placed my order and left. I've been coming to Sonic since I was a young kid with my family. This is the worst location I have ever been.... I have no idea who manages this store but they truly need to retrain their staff or they may be need to look for a different profession altogether.

  I would give -5 stars if I could. Sonic (aka fictional "burger world") because that's how the service felt like. First, I paid for my food in cash only for another worker to come out ask me to pay AGAIN!!!??? Secondly , the food comes out and my two milkshake order was completely wrong 😑. I ordered no whipped cream but they both had it and the flavors were wrong. The one was the cheesecake oreo that was obviously spoiled 🙄 had to go across the street at sheetz and threw it away. The other one had more whipped cream than ice cream. All in all, just a horrible experience. Wanted a Sonics closer to where we live but not no more.

  Drive thru took 15 min to even be able to take my order, I was then waiting 40 min for food and then another 20 min for my milkshakes. They then just straight forgot half my food, but told me to "Have a nice day" like everything was done. I also asked for a water cup in the meantime while waiting and was told they don't do that. Complete waste of time and money. Put more employees on the schedule, they need more to help alleviate issues with wait times and food quality.

  Drove 40 minutes hot fudge sundae 2 teaspoons of chocolate at the bottom strawberry passion fruit large drink taste like water banana peanut butter milkshake taste like vanilla ice cream everything went in the trash so disappointed and on top of it a filthy mess inside I should have known better when I pulled up and looked in

  Hmmm I mean given it's fast food it was still below par. Cold fries, the cheese on my chili dog wasn't even melty, burger was overcooked and dry .. could have been better for sure. I saw a lot of young folks working and they just seem like they need better training/supervision on the weekends
