  Me and my family have been eating at this pizza hut for years, however after today I will not be coming back. I can in because I had a online pick up, I asked for the pizza and this white lady, around 40-50 years of age, tells me there is a medium veggie pizza, I had ordered a large so I tell her, “Are you sure? I ordered a large the $9.99 deal” instead of understanding the situation she says “Well that’s all we have in the system.” In such a rude manner, I was token aback. I try to find ways to fix the problem and she shuts them all down so I end up just asking her to make a new pizza. I asked if they could make the pizza $9.99 as it was a mistake on their end and was reasonable. She proceeds to say it is just online and that if I wanted a large that I have to pay the full price, which would have been fine if she was respectful, however that was the quite opposite. Never in my life have I ever been treated in such manner, I was nothing but respectful to her because I understood how stressful it is to work at fast food, but the way I felt dehumanized and little today was it. That lady crossed a very big line of disrespect and I hope she doesn’t treat everyone else like that.

  For the first time in four years I had the best pizza I don't know who was working tonight but I have no complaints everything smelled good and fresh and it was cooked to perfection

  Congratulations Pizza Hut. You've now made your pizza indistinguishable from Papa John's by adding a crappy garlic butter on the crust that you don't even mention when ordering. Why would you do that. If you're going to make your pizza like everybody else there's no reason to call you anymore. The fact that there is no mention of this new practice, not even in your descriptions, is utterly ridiculous. Threw this pizza out to the raccoons tonight and they didn't even want it. Now that tells you something. The manager of the location where purchased was awesome. They've never given us anything bad in the past. Food has always been top notch from here--untul now. Sad part is it's not their fault. Horrible corporate decision.
