  We've gone many times since it has opened. Consensus is about half the time the orders either come out incorrect, or poorly made to say the least. The other 50% of the time it's decent. Just depends who's working I guess? 🫤 Had to drive back to get an order fixed that they messed up, and they messed it up differently the second time 🤦

  If you doordash or Uber, avoid this place. They will make seven walk in orders while you wait for your pickup. Guess they don't consider deliveries customers.

  None of the 3 staff greeted me or took order when inside. Stood there for several minutes not knowing what to do. No visible menus with all items above counter. Instead, the display said "check in at kiosk." Kiosk tries to get your to login first into an account. Waited several minutes for staff after checking in. After checking in, no staff took order. Couldn't see a full menu on the confusing kiosk. Paying with cash had unclear methodology via kiosk. Kitchen floor was full of debris. What happened to customer service of an employee filling the order for customers? If the challenge of using a Kiosk manually is required for customers, they won't get my business. You lost a customer with this experience. What happened to being open past 10 p.m. Taco Bell? Not to mention the area parking lot and nearby buildings are affected by horrible construction to the point that buildings have no front covers except wooden hallways to enter doors to avoid falling materials. Plus, the city of Stow tried to unfortunately get rid of all the fast food restaurants including this much needed Taco Bell.
