  Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through to call to be told that there are three people here in the short staff and they’re getting a drive-through as fast as they can finally get out of the drive-through to come into the store and they weren’t waiting on anybody in front of the store taking care of the drive-through only very disappointed. I got it to take out. They need to review the greatest McDonald’s ever in Mayfield Heights Ohio they know how to bring people in and bring people out great service there.

  I often come through here to get a drink, it always tastes perfect and the employees have been very friendly and efficient. I've noticed this location has the kindest workers which is really appreciated, and the line always moves so quickly

  Exactly the same problem only this time my fish sandwich was worse.. dried up cold discolored filet from a drawer, then put on a not steamed bun. Not even an attempt. So cold the cheese didn’t even melt after they slapped it together. Check out those curled up edges on the filet. This food is at least an hour and half old. nuggets old dried out and beef jerky style.. very very rude, 4:45 again, 4/28 2026. Why is this allowed? The following text was my earlier trip. 4:45, right before dinner . Fillet of fish was at its end of life. Edible but meh, not good Cold, old. But not as bad as these nuggets. They’ve been. In a drawer for so long they shriveled up, are discolored and inedible. People who put these in the box know how old this food is. Nuggets were over an hour old or longer. Gross. Very rude to send this out as anything but dog food. Expired food.

  9:30 in the morning and your floors look like this? I think you need to hire a better closing team and a better opening team to make sure your establishment is clean and ready for the day.
