They almost made my order wrong the second time before I stopped them and told them what I ordered again. Do yourself a favor and go to a sit down restaurant, they will offer much better service for the same time that you spent at this dunkin

It's always about the ice. I have to remind the workers every time "hey its not suppose to have ice" and they just scoop it out! That ruins the drink and honestly I hate buying this when I get a half cup of coffee and have to educate these workers on how to make a drink with literally 2 ingredients! I gotta stop coming here if these people cant get their acts together.

That day I ordered a large hot with Caramel and cream I got decaf. The next time I used the kiosk to order and my drink was sat at the pick area for online orders and I waited for a while before, I thought to myself that I should check that area. That day there was barely any caramel and some curdled cream in it. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back. Today my son wanted glazed donuts and they only had 3 types of donuts at a donut shop. They suck! On top of the conflicting hours of operation. Google says 6am and they're never open
