    We have ordered here for delivery a few times. Tonight, we received our pizza - cold, hard as a brick and burnt - after waiting for more than a hour for delivery. Called the store - they asked if we wanted a remake or credit. Well, we are hungry and said, let’s have a remake. Here we are waiting. It will be interesting to see if this thing comes fresh and hot as advertised before or cold, hard as a brick and burnt. Either way, we kind of lost our appetite and don’t really care. Pretty disappointing honestly. Should have just ordered from Luca’s across the street.

    6/24 @ 7:15pm We have had nothing but consistent issues from this establishment but tonight took the cake. We spoke with Kaylee (if that’s her actual name, with how combative she was I wouldn’t put it past her to lie) about our order being messed up. One pizza looks like it was smothered in Alfredo, it’s spilling out like soup everywhere. She said “that’s normal” which it’s not, we’ve gotten this sauce before and always do light sauce.. it never looks like this. Another pizza we ordered with sausage, I don’t know what they gave us but it’s not sausage. Bringing this up to her, she was immediately dismissive, combative, refused to address the complaint and stayed quiet. The only time she spoke, she was incredibly rude and said that they’re busy and this is just how the pizzas are. To top it off, none of them were even cut. I recorded the majority of the phone call as proof of how rude she was. She said “well what do you want me to do?” In an incredibly rude manner. My husband asked for this one to be remade and she said “well, we’re INCREDIBLY busy” because she didn’t want to do that. Said she’d give us a credit but now the issue goes beyond messed up pizzas. Her attitude and demeanor needs to be addressed. We asked for her higher up, got his name so we’ll be reaching out. After I told her I recorded this conversation her ENTIRE demeanor changed and she started speaking in an entirely different tone. She said she’s a manager, if she is then I don’t understand HOW if that’s how she speaks to people.

    I tried to make an order for pick up at 10:30pm on a Friday night. I walked to the store to pick it up. The order was $21, all I had was a $50 and they wouldn't make change for me. A pizza place on a Friday night with the inside and a driver there can't make $29 in change. Absolutely ridiculous. I wasted time ordering, then walking to the store, and then walking back, and having to order food elsewhere. Terrible business practice.

    Their food is consistently good each time. I get The Farmhouse sandwich every time I go And it is made consistently the same each time I go which love!
