I understand that things happen but this isn't the first time and honestly today I was busy just needed a quick meal instead I had to call get on the phone wait and wait some more and then finally all they gave me was a free coupon THAT EXPIRES IN 30 DAYS !???? Why would I want to come back I gave the benefit of the doubt and multiple times messed up my order mind you it was delivery and I had to complain to get the delivery refund back. After reading the other reviews yeah it's happening a lot and to everyone.... Definitely not coming back, this location is compromised nothing else they could do to make this location worth trying again.

So I asked if I could have a full serving and they said the best they can do is charge extra for pollo adobo because they don't have more chicken ready. Obviously that's stupid, but what makes it particularly frustrating is the fact that immediately after scooping the pollo adobo into my bowl they replenished their chicken. I will never come back to this location again when the Stow location is the same distance and TACO TONTOS is barely more expensive and a WAY better option
