Terrible slop. It smells from half a mile away to nearby residents. I haven’t been here in years but it always made my stomach hurt. Questionable whether it’s even food. We don’t want this - please close!

I thought I'd have a nice lunch at Arbys yesterday. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the half-pund Angus steak, a large Curly fry and a side of cheese and it came to a little over 20 dollars. Pulled underneath the tree there and ate sine of my frys. Went into the bag to get Angus steak, and the sauces and the bag were wet, got the sub out and it was a leaking mess, entire wrapper was soaked and leaking and the bread was completely mush. I went back in to ask if this was normal and was told yes. I asked to have it re-wrapped at least. The women put gloves on opened the sub got a new piece of bread and literally picked the pieces of steak up with the gloves and scrapped everything onto the new bread, double wrapped it put it in the same wet bag and handed it back to me, not even sone new napkins. It was so off putting watching someone kinda flop the meat from one soggy mushy bread to another. The sub looked absolutely disgusting and I honestly couldn't eat it. So much for a nice lunch and trying something new. Take this review how you like. Keep in mind they weren't busy at all when I went.
