Coffee was weak and service was not good. There was no menu or knowledge about the product. Also if you want espresso you are out of luck. They don't have any. My latte was mostly milk, had no coffee flavor. I would choose any other place to get your coffee fix. Would go without coffee before going to 7brew again. Don't waste your money.

Typical 7Brew but it has a nice feature for those wanting to cut everyone in line who patiently waited ! It’s almost like it’s encouraged by staff as people commonly cut through here and get served immediately by staff. It’s unfair to everyone who is waits in line like a common human.

I have visited a couple times at different locations. While reading reviews that people were disappointed, bad service, something was wrong with the drink they paid money for I noticed a consistent type of response from you.... Basically, sorry to hear about your cold coffee, flavorless drink, rude staff, bug in my drink and on and on.. You ONLY response is Oh, we are sorry, hope we can make it better NEXT TIME. That is bullshit response, it means nothing. It so easy for you to sit behind your screen and type bullshit to your customers. Your customer service is just lip service, nothing of substance. I hope people start getting fed up enough to notice in your pocketbook. I will never come back to spend my money and I'm going to share this so much about your insulting "customer service/ support email etc"

I am new and had a complementary birthday beverage. I missed the window as I never got an email heads up. I emailed support for almost 2 weeks(difficult getting response). Ended up not honoring a birthday beverage. Wow, wouldn't a company just honor that?

My experience of this place is always been very friendly. Very nice. I love going there and try different drinks. I have been trying all the different flavors of energies they have also you can get the same flavors and tea and also in fizz soda, which makes it so much better because sometimes I just want a cold refreshments, but I do not want an energy so I just get their fizz soda and my kids also love their fist soda their favorite one is the gummy bear..
