    This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The place seems to be fully staffed with teenagers and students, who have no clue what they are doing half of the time. The other half of the time they are on their phones. Watching employees from the drive thru scroll on their phone at the food stations in the kitchen while there’s a line wrapped around the building is ridiculous. I always bring on of my dogs with me to get a pup cup and today the kid working the drive thru window slammed the window shut in my face before I could ask for one. The blizzards I got weren’t mixed and had huge chunks of plain ice cream all throughout them. I wish DQs weren’t privately owned so a proper complaint could be made against the Steubenville DQ. I keep giving them character chance and I am disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

    I got all the way home only to find out that I was missing food. I tried calling but the number on their website is "invalid". I didn't get a receipt so how can I prove that I didn't get all of my order? I spent over $41.

    Almost everytime I order its not right just got a delivery got a blizzard that isnt what I ordered and not intrested in eating it bet
