  They were super busy but I still got my order very quick. Tha cashier at the front desk was very nice.

  It's really good food and smoothies but their service feels very weird? Like they're looking for somebody else to help a customer out. Ultimately, they can't even make my stuff right. Multiple times I ask for the Avocolada smoothie, add Kiwi, and I get straight ice with no flavour. Multiple times I have asked for the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, add pickled red onions, and they give me either: a different customer's order, an entirely different flatbread, or they're missing ingredients like the add pickled red onions or bacon... which is in the name of the flatbread... I do not feel like Tropical Smoothie respects their customers nor will I be buying from them because of how careless they are, especially considering how expensive they are.

  Makenzie is extremely rude. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. 15 bucks for two smoothies and I can’t even get a hello? Just a “Mhm” and an eye roll. I don’t think this job is for you sweetheart. Maybe try getting a job as a mortician.
