I just went through the drive thru and bought two 3 piece chicken combo meals. The fries are cold, hard and dried out. They smell of old grease. The chicken is soggy and cold. The bread is burnt on one side and literally stuck to the box on the other side. They didn’t include the onion ring or the sauce. I tried calling but they don’t answer their phone. Gross

I would never recommend Sonic to begin with, but I also would not recommend this location. You're basically asking for a heart attack.
The food here is so disgustingly messy and greasy. Pretzels are soggy, hot dogs are drowning and soggy, burgers are greasy and soggy, and some how the fries are soggy as well?
The treats that they do have are also just a heart attack in a cup with multiple days worth of sugar in container.
To top it all if, it's gotten extremely expensive!
Treat yourself better...

This place is a disaster. The night crew anyways.. 8pm.. The manager, "Tiffany" if thats her real name, is unprofessional and probably shouldn't have a job teaching the next generation any kind of customer service skills. The crew seemed clueless but with her as a manager I can see why.
I give grace, respect, and patience especially in fast food with young employees. But sometimes certian situations call for an honest review. The manager running this place acted like waiting for my order for over 30 minutes before I asked about my order was a problem with her. She acted like it was my fault for..
1.They didnt know nothing about my online order.
2. Did I check in properly.
3.They got a rush.
I was there waiting and there was no rush... a few cars came in but nothing rushy.. cars came in after me and got their order in the mobile pick up and I still gave them time for my order.. It was a bigger order so I gave patience.. Even after seeing 3 or 4 cars get their order in the pick up spots before mine I still was understanding. I finally said Im gonna get an ETA on my order. When I walked into the establiment there was no accountability on the staff or managers end.. I was made out to be the problems for.coming in there to ask about my order.. and I was very polite up until I was made to feel like the problem. I placed the order at 8:50pm. Told it would be done by 8:54pm.. I never expected it to be done in 5 minutes but at 9:30 I thought it had definitely been longer then they needed. I had kids home hungry because it was opening day at the ballpark and we were there all day long. I didn't get back to my house until 9:50 by the time it was all said and done and the food was ice cold and they were missing food items.
When I received my order 2 minutes after they had no clue about my order there was no sauces, everything was cold, they were missing items in my bag and again acted like I was the problem when I asked for the sauces.. The manager didn't know what sauces because she didn't see my order.. Well someone saw it.. tried to bag it.. forgot about it and when I asked about it I was made to be the problem.. Because they don't have an inside to dine in customers can't go inside..and i guess since I did enter in and ask about my order everything was my fault for placeing the order in the first place... This place can kick rocks!!

Ordered food received it with sandwiches smashed due to the entire order being stuffed into one little bag and was given the wrong flavor drink every time we try to order there are complications
