  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience with Papa John’s on Bechtle Avenue! We ordered several pizzas for an event at our church, but when I arrived to pick them up, I realized the original order had not gone through because of an error on our end. We quickly placed the order again, and the staff immediately went to work. They had our entire order ready and out the door in just 20 minutes, which was phenomenal considering the number of pizzas we needed! The staff even carried everything out to my car so I didn’t have to manage it alone. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and delicious. Outstanding service from start to finish!

  Beware if you go to this location I went in tonight ordered a single Pizza that came to $16 .The young lady working the register ran my card multiple times at almost $50, when she realized I caught on to what they were doing they panicked. Made up a story that it's been happening all night and they assured me my card wasn't charged.I clearly showed them they took the money I asked to speak to the manager and another lady stepped forward claiming she was the GM her name was Caitlin. I told her I would remember that name because it was my daughters, and told me she would not give me back my money and good luck. After I explained to her I was from Florida I told her I'm also a GM at a different location in Florida at a restaurant that was very unprofessional and that I know she can refund my money she told me as she crossed her arms good luck multiple times. I contacted customer care I took pictures and screenshots contacted my bank and now I'm out of $50 until it all gets sorted out. People be careful if you walk into this store this happened at 12:45 when they was about to close they are clearly running scams on people. I'm not one to sit back and allow no one to steal from me the corporate office needs to pull cameras and see what's really going on at this location. That was unbelievable!! I posted pictures of the transactions with the different numbers the funny part is she even charged me a different amount because I'm sure it was for their own personal use. If I had to guess I would say they're stealing money from the company on top of it.
