  Went to McDonald’s for a drink pick up. The orange juice was extremely watery asked for a refund and got ripped off. They refunded me for a smaller drink than what I paid for and then when I drove back around to let them know, they said they didn’t have enough cash to give me worst McDonald’s in Springfield.

  Literally the most incompetent employees. My order is NEVER correct. Things are ALWAYS missing. Go to any of the other locations for better service. Edit: I did use the contact us page. I just thought other people should know that your store forgot not 1, not 2, and not 3 items. But forgot 7 items from the order. Three drinks, three fries, and a straw.

  Been stand here for 24 mine wait for a large fry and apple slices with a medium sprite. This should little 5 min. Tins of frys are made apple slices are in a draw and u just hand me a cup. Should be standing here wait for 25 minutes

  I regret going here. Every time. Always something wrong, missing, a long wait etc. This is a worse location than Main St. Please bring in night shift that knows that they're doing or stop being 24 hours.
