  Placed an order as I was going through town over a month ago on July 11. The lettuce was so wet and soggy, we couldn’t stomach the sandwiches. It grossed me out. The manager emailed me after I took a survey about the issues and offered me a credit at her store (no thank you!), but I do not live close by and asked if she would issue a refund. Then I was ghosted for over a month by the store manager. Extremely professional, just kidding. I was even contacted by someone in customer service and ghosted for a week, but she talked to me a lot more than the actual store manager who manages the store and should be dealing with issues like this. And now she’s telling me that she cannot give me a refund for my less than $20 because of some type of error in her system allegedly. This is absolutely absurd to have dragged on for over a month to get my refund. But times are hard and the food was inedible (we have sensory issues) so I want my money back. I will get it one way or another if I have to call corporate every single day or not I will. Oh, and another thing is that since they are franchise, there is no local corporate office, so Therefore, she thinks I’m just out of luck. But I will just keep bugging corporate until they give me my $20. Or I’m sorry $16.89. It should be $20 for the ongoing saga here. But need us to say I will never return to this location. And I don’t know if I will eat Jimmy John’s ever again. I already quit eating There after seeing the owner hunting and killing wild game and all his disgusting pictures online. I boycotted Jimmy John’s for over a decade. The last two years I began eating at Jimmy John’s quite regularly, but I am probably gonna have to boycott them again over this $20 refund debauchery. If that rich guy that loves to kill innocent animals has all that excessive money to do so he can give me back my 20 dollars.

  We drive an hour just to come here . We came on 8-7-26 the staff was so friendly, the store was clean and the food was 10/10 ! The best in the state !!

  On Wednesday I stopped on to grabbed dinner for my family on my way home from work. It was such a fabulous experience. There were three young men working, and they were so delightful. The young man that took my order handled my very particular order (for my picky son) and was so pleasant. Everyone was so nice, and they were very kind. The sandwiches were perfect (even the super picky order). But what really stuck out to me was the interaction with another customer. An elderly lady came in and she asked to use the phone. One of the young men pulled out his personal phone and helped her make the call. She was having a lot of difficulty and getting confused, but he was so patient and sweet with her. That lady never ordered anything, but the young man treated her like his best customer. This interaction alone will keep me coming to this location. Thank you for such a great experience.

  It's very corporate, but the sandwiches are tasty and quickly made to order.
