  I have already contacted corporate and an attorney. I am currently homeless and unable to work pending social security disability approval for my seizure disorder and enlarged heart. I panhandle in the meantime. I am still human. I am not an addict I am in poor health and exhausted. The guys at 5 guys have been great up until last night. I went in around 3 pm and got a burger and pop. I got the new cherry cream soda coke and it spilled over onto my hand. I rushed to the restroom and sat my cup on sink and washed my hands. It looked like red kool aid. I remember a ring being around the sink when I picked up my cup to leave after washing my hands. There were no paper towels so I used toilet paper. I was so hungry I just wanted to get to my burger. Tbh. I also hv social anxiety and stick out like a sore thumb bc of being homeless. So I ate though it seemed the woman wanted me to eat outside, she suggested it twice. It was 80° and I'm sunburnt so I stayed in. I rushed and ate bc I felt the vibes were definitely off. The older, partly woman that worked there kept looking at me with disdain and pointed at me twice talking to other coworkers. I felt like I had 4 heads instead if 3. 😆 Seriously the air was thick with anxiety and whispers and tension. I thought maybe it was bc I fell asleep in there the day I got out of hospital for heatstroke/heat exhaustion/dehydration and was tired. I ate and fell asleep. Plus I'm used to ppl talking poorly about me. I've met some of the nicest humans there at 5 guys. One or 2 for sure. That's rare. So I hurried and left. Later on I came back in around 7 or 8. The second I walked in the door a young man I had never seen before started yelling at me and told me that I had to leave right away because I was in there earlier and was in the restroom "poking needles into toilet paper" that's the literal quote. This young man was yelling so loudly the packed restaurant was staring at me and he did not give me a chance to speak he actually scared me and he said you can leave right now or I will call the police I was shell shocked and I still am. I couldn't figure out for the life of me what the kid was talking about and then I remembered the Cherry Coke incident but that comes nowhere close to what the young man said and that is why I want the camera footage pulled up and shown to all of the workers and corporate and that man should not be working with animals much less people. He was accusing me of being a drug addict or messy diabetic whatever it was I was not true and very dramatic for me. I walked out of the store with my head ringing and walk to Panera and my heart which is already enlarged started racing my head started pounding I called the squad and told them what happened and they said do you want to file charges against the young man and I said no and they said well we can have a paramedics come and check you out because stress and high blood pressure trigger my seizures so the ambulance came and it was high enough that I had to be taken to the hospital and they said it was because of the confrontation at Five Guys they asked again if I wanted to press charges and I said I didn't think I had any rights as far as pressing charges and I was more worried about my health. So it has been bothering me since I got out of the hospital late and I called my Uncle Kenny who is a lawyer in Athens and he informed me of the many charges that can be brought in a case like this. As I said I wanted the camera footage pulled up to show what happened and that I was in the restroom for all of 2 seconds I didn't even lock the door I don't even think I shut it all the way I was in and out and I feel that I was targeted because I am homeless and I don't bother anyone though. Maybe they didn't want me in their establishment though I never felt that vibe before. So if they wanted me out why didn't they just say that? Why make up such a weird lie I really truly don't get it. Public slander and harassment and verbal abuse deserves at the least, a class on decency, respect, and not making assumptions etc.
