I have asked numerous times to make it hot but apparently they can't. The restaurant should have been remodeled about 10 years ago. The bathrooms are way too small and outdated. You took away the wonderful freshly brewed iced tea. Have you tasted the stuff you sell now? It is horrid!!!

We haven't been to Fazoli's in many years due to pore service and food quality, Several times in a row. I am pleased to see that it exceeded my expectations when we tried it again after such a long time. By the way the coupons are getting better price wise.. we have a large family, so going out to eat is a treat we can afford with decent priced coupons. Thank you, Fazoli's.
