  Place an order and was told that they were so slow for the night that I was the only order they had. But yet, I still had to wait over an hour and a 1 just to get my food delivered. And had to call multiple times to check up on my food and continue to get hung up on

  We have have had David deliver to us multiple times and he is super awesome. Everytime he delivers to us he is super nice and greatful . This guy is what every company needs !

  Ordered delivery at 7 an hour later it said it was out for delivery, never got the food. When I called the store they said sorry we are now closed and hung up. Tried again and they stopped picking up.

  Yesterday, my wifey ordered two pizzas, two sandwiches, and some lava cakes for delivery at 5pm. I hopped on my motorcycle, figuring I could get a quick ride in, and be back in time for the food. 20-30 minutes later, I came back home and the food still wasn't delivered. Okay... It's like six blocks away, but sure, sometimes businesses get busy. Wifey checks the app and it says the order is at the "quality check" stage. Fast forward to like 45 minutes later, and it's still being checked for quality. Maybe 15 minutes later, and Wifey gets a phone call from the driver who tells her that our order was delivered to the wrong house AND a dog came out of nowhere and snatched up our FIVE ITEMS and ran off. I have to assume this dog was wearing a backpack, or was possibly a human in a dog costume. The driver also tells Wifey that our order is being remade and will be delivered. Okay.... We'll wait longer. Maybe another 15 minutes later, and Wifey checks the app and sees that the order is now cancelled, so she calls the store. She is promptly put on hold. 10 minutes later, I call the store on my phone and ask for a manager. The employee that answers the phone claims that they ARE the manager. I give the phone to Wifey and she tells them that she is just trying to confirm whether the food is actually being remade or not. Gets put on hold a second time on a second line (still on hold on the pther phone). Eventually a different voice comes back on claiming that THEY are the actual manager, for real this time. They say that the driver has no authority to say our order is being remade, and that we'll have to reorder to get our food. Keep in mind that this is now 2 hours since the order was originally placed. So we give up and drive to get alternative food. We come back home, eat, and go to our backyard to enjoy the last bit of sunshine for the day. While we're out back, Wifey gets a phone call from a driver saying that they are at our front door. I go inside and through the the house to the front door. Nobody standing there. I go out on the front porch and see the driver in their vehicle sit across the street for a bit, then put it in gear and start to leave, before seeing me on the porch and stopping. The driver gets out and approaches me, telling me that their manager said that in order for us to get our food, a form of payment must be made. ????? I'm like 'Dude, we already went and got different food. We ordered pizza THREE HOURS AGO!?" He's like "Oh, okay!" and leaves. I've never had any food transaction be so fumbled and mismanaged before. But it's cool, I guess. We'll get our money back in 3 to 5 business days.
