  Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to every employee is so rude and tries to rush you and barely gives you any food, I ordered a large drink they tried to give me a medium and I told him it was a large he then looked up my order acting as if I was lying

  Walked in at 10:30am was waiting in line 6 people looked at me then you have this older dude like we are closer we open in 15 mins im like ok he said we are closed he said and you can’t wait in here I said ok your doors unlocked jsu giving him a heads up he said doesn’t matter we are closed then proceed with stare at me like he was hard or something

  Terrible experience. Had to wait over an hour for a pickup order. Huge waste of my time and they make it very difficult to cancel the order. The place is run very inefficiently. I definitely won’t be back.

  Giving 1 star is being generous I wish I could give zero!!! The Jordan girl with the short black hair needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!! She was by far the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an online order tonight and went to pick it up. Before leaving, I checked my food and noticed there was no rice in my bowl. I politely let her know and asked for a side of BROWN rice. She came back to the window with WHITE rice instead. I noticed the mistake and simply said, “Hey, I asked for brown rice,” and asked if I could also get some extra sour cream. That simple request completely set her off. She SNATCHED the rice out of my hand, stormed away from the window, and started going off. Another employee had to come to the window and apologize for her behavior and then corrected the mistake. Let me be clear: I understand mistakes happen. I wasn’t upset that my order was missing rice or that she brought the wrong kind. It was an extremely simple mistake that could’ve been fixed in seconds. What I will not tolerate is an employee getting irate with a customer for politely asking them to correct THEIR mistake. If you don’t have the patience or professionalism to simply fix an order without catching an attitude, customer service may not be the job for you. The other employee handled the situation professionally and apologized, but the behavior from the Jordan employee was completely unacceptable.

  This place always seems to be out of everything and barely has enough people to run the stupid restaurant. What's worse is that when they told me it was only gonna be 5 mins for more chicken.....they immediately use all the chicken on other people that just got there besides actually giving it to people who've been waiting already for chickin. Something needs to be fixed at this store and anyone that wants Chipotle and lives in Springfield is better off either going to Bechtle or one of the Dayton locations.
