  Is always out of something. They’re out of rice today. How are they out of rice? I went last week and they were out of steak.

  decided to go back to this location after a year due to it being poor, only to wait 25 min in line which is ok i get it, but then to be told its another 40 minute wait for rice when i get to the front, was not going to spend an hour for a bowl, just laziness and sad, store hasn't improved in a year will not being going back

  I went last night and once again they were out of ingredients that they shouldn’t be out of (cheese). When I walked up the employees were all behind the counter talking. The lobby was a mess, dirty tables and floors and overflowing trash. The man in front of me with children was treated rudely right from the start, he left and I followed. The last time I went at night the ingredients in the bay looked old. The beans had a silvery film in the top and everything was open and nothing covered. I was treated rudely then as well. This used to be a favorite spot of mine but am finding out I cannot go there when I get off work. You need new night staff.

  I have never experienced service as rude as I did at Chipotle on 4/19/26. The cashier gave another customer a threatening stare after he asked for no bag because he was dining in. Stared this customer in the eyes for 10 seconds, not saying a word, with a look of disgust on his face. During my transaction, the cashier rolled his eyes while I was scanning my coupon. He then tossed my bag across the counter without making eye contact or saying a single word before walking away. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, I have never experienced an employee with this much disrespect for another individual.
