- RHRonnie Scar HJun 5, 20262.0Ordered a chorizo burrito, birria grilled cheese, and birria potato. Did not receive the potato. Ordered through their website, and no one contacted us to let us know they were out of the potato's and couldn't fulfill that portion of the order. Instead, they refunded it which left one person without their meal. The tortilla on the chorizo burrito was hard and stale. I also ordered 2 limes and did not receive those either. The only thing that was great was the grilled cheese.

The food is impeccable and we haven’t found a “Mexican” style restaurant in Springfield that we like better. I don’t want fusion or overly “Americanized” Mexican food. REAL Mexican food is not necessarily about HEAT but the wonderful flavors incorporated in it and is always made with the traditional love of food for feeding family. Don’t be put off by the “location” and try the food here because in my “food snob” opinion…Chido’s has set the bar.
