    Everytime we come to this location or order online the wait time is outrageous and most the employees are rude and give horrible service. One of our favorite places to eat but this location is awful.

    Terrible service and unsanitary servers. Waited at the entrance for 5+ minutes without even being acknowledged before I walked to the bar and asked to be seated. Then sat at the table for 4-5 minutes before someone finally came to ask if we had been helped, to which I replied no and he left for another 3-4 minutes before coming back to offer water. I watched multiple servers (including this one) take the cup and scoop it directly into the ice bin 🤮. So obviously did not drink the water. When we were in the middle of ordering, another server walked up to the server helping us and interrupted us to ask him to help another table, which we found incredibly rude. We waited about 25 minutes after ordering before we left. All together we were at the restaurant for over an hour and did not get any food, nor service that we didn’t directly ask for. And no, they were not busy. Overall experience was a 1/10, would not recommend.

    Food was terrible and the wait was awful ! We waited over an hour for a sample platter, when there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. Then I get a survey about the ranch dressing 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s not the ranch you should be worried about , we were a party of 8 and ordered different wings and a sample platter. When we finally got the sample platter the sliders were cold and had been sitting awhile , the buffalo chips were soggy and pretzel knots were not done on the inside , some of the wings were room temperature. The waiter was nice but not very attentive and did not care that the food was cold or room temperature and did nothing to make it right. And again the wait was absolutely ridiculous and food was trash!

    My wife order our food on line when I left work which takes 30 minutes to get there, as I got there people were inside already complaining of the wait time, so it took right around 40 plus minutes after got there, the young man behind the register was the only friendly staff person there! Once food was done he let me know they were out of one of the items and was going to replace with something else but would take another 30 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager, but the young man shows back up and said the manager was too busy to come out of the kitchen, and was going to put the 10 dollar item back on our card, then said probably just comp the whole meal, but nothing has shown up in our bank, I've complained to the 800 complaint department and called the manager the next day, still nothing! This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

    Poor service and experience from waitress and management staff. Waited 15 minutes after being seated for drink order. After ordering drinks, some of them came out but we waited another 30 minutes on one beverage before our waitress told us the bar was out of the required ingredients to make our drink. We waited roughly an hour for our food. The manager told us that it was because we ordered samplers and they “take longer”. If samplers take an hour, they shouldn’t be listed as an appetizer on the menu…. Additionally, our wings came out luke warm at best. The manager told us he would discount 50% for our inconvenience. When the check came there was no discount, so we once again complained to the waitress. She went back to speak with the managers and came back with a receipt with the 10% military discount applied, well short of what we were promised. We went ahead and paid, as we were there for over an hour and a half at that point. I filed a complaint ten days ago with BWW corporate, and was told the general manager would reach out to me in 3-5 business days. I’m still waiting for that call…..
