  When our order is correct the food is fine. It's attached to a gas station so the atmosphere is not a typical fast food place. More of a truck stop type atmosphere. Most the employees are high school kids so don't expect top tier customer service, but it is also fast food.. so you shouldn't be expecting top tier customer service aa a baseline here. My biggest issue with this location is a specific employee who blamed me for reving my engine when he was talking at the drive through. I drive a sock honda civic. The engine doesn't get loud. There was a modified car in the parking lot that happened to be showing off and the employee argued with me until I left insisting that it was my car making all the noise.

  Went there to get a roast beef sandwich and they were out of roast. They were very rude when explained it as well. Amd then it took them nearly 15 minutes to get a shake while I was at the drive through window. Service has went very bad in the last few months at the Cedar City UT location... not impressed...

  I like Arby's quite a bit, it's just on the pricey side when you don't have any coupons. Therefore I try to accumulate and hoard Arby's coupons each month. Some particular Arby's locations are significantly less stingy with the amount of meat or fries you get with orders. On the bad side, last last time I went, the soda pop machines can be wonky - either too much syrup or not enough carbonation.

  My roast beef appeared to be burnt? Never had that happen before. Rude service! IDC how long the manager has worked there, every time my husband and I visit she's very rude, always has been! And please someone tell her to not worry about the sauce packets! She gets very rude if we want more than two for a fifty dollar order. Will not be back to this location

  The outside of the building almost scared me away but the inside was really nice and clean. Also, the ladies working were very friendly and the food was pretty good for 330 in the afternoon on a Wednesday.
