Everyone is so nice and kind all the time. Products are always amazing. I was having a rough morning and their kindness just hit the spot to give me hope for the day.

Only 2 cars at the place and one of the crew members continued to talk to the car in front of us for 10 minutes. Never said anything to us or asked for our order. Mind you the person in front of us had previously got his drink way before we got there. Bad service. Don’t come late in the day for a sweet treat. (7:30 pm 09/23/26)

I come here 3 to 4 times a week as I work right down the street. They need to work on speed. I never wait this long at any other 7 brew that we go to. The coffee is always great! Hire more staff and yall will stay the top contender. Keep in mind multiple dutch bros coming in the area.

The staff is always peppy and cheerful. My order is almost always quick, always right and always amazing! The service is great across the board. I'm usually in a crap mood before my 7brew and I'm always cheered up by the time I drive put of the lot.

Eli took my order today and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience. I want to come back every single day as long as there’s even a slight chance that Eli will be the one taking my order. He was SO funny and made the whole experience 10x better. I literally could not stop smiling the entire time. I don’t know how someone can be that naturally funny and entertaining while just taking an order, but Eli somehow managed to make my entire day. He was so nice, so funny, and just genuinely amazing. You can tell he actually cares about making people’s experiences good, and it absolutely worked because I left in the best mood ever. AND my drink was literally perfect. Like somehow Eli managed to be hilarious AND get my order exactly right?? The talent is actually unmatched. I cannot get over how great Eli was. He deserves the biggest raise known to mankind because if I could give him a 100-star review, I absolutely would. Whoever hired Eli deserves an award because they seriously found a gem. I’m honestly convinced he might be the funniest person ever. I walked in for a drink and walked out with a completely better mood because of him. Eli, if you’re reading this, just know you absolutely made my day. I’m obsessed. 10/10 experience. 10/10 drink. 10/10 Eli. I will be returning and hoping with everything in me that Eli takes my order again.
