If you attempt to call the store either they dont answer or answer then hang up. I would like to post a picture of this burnt mishandled old pizza but I don’t see the option. The other two I ordered were okay.

- LKLaQuisha KenyattaMay 22, 20261.0The service was overall fine but this location does not practice appropriate sanitation. This observation was taken on 5/22/26 at 6:20 while picking up an order. A short medium built white woman, with white earbuds (not AirPods), had pizza dough in her ungloved hands when she came over to ring me out. She placed the dough on the metal table behind her, wiped her hands on her apron and proceeded to take my cash and give me my pizza. Everyone else was wearing blue gloves. I decided to step back and see if she would go to the sink on the back wall, near the oven, to wash her hands before proceeding with the dough. To my disgust she did not sanitize, wash her hands or put on gloves before proceeding to pick up the dough. I went to my car to call and speak to a manager and the phone just continued to ring. I called a few times and while waiting for someone to answer I watched her walk around the kitchen area touching food, wiping her nasty hands on her apron, and touching other food prep items. This is completely unacceptable and I will never order from this location again. I will be going to the location in the morning and asking to speak to a manager about what I observed.
