  Family and I showed up during a family vacation for dinner, and the general staff indifference to serve customers may have made this my final attempt to part ways with my money at any Dave and Busters. I would have liked to have enjoyed a dinner and some entertainment. That was the intent at least. Instead, I was met with this sign. No employee in sight. A practically empty dining room. If a restaurant catered around high tier customer service is too cheap to staff the front door, then where else are corners are being cut? Edit 7/8/2026: A member from guest relations just reached out to assure me they will address my complaints and ask for a future visit without any sort of offer or enticement. You had my chance at my business and blew it. Now you want a second chance without a sincere show of remorse? Hard pass.

  Jess is hands down one of the best bartenders at Dave & Buster’s! She has such a bubbly personality that makes everyone feel welcome the moment they sit down. She has a little attitude—in the best way possible—which makes every interaction fun, entertaining, and memorable. She’s quick, attentive, and keeps the drinks coming while making sure her guests have a great time. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Jess . She knows how to create a great atmosphere and makes every visit even better!

  You can usually tell within the first few minutes whether someone is just serving tables or whether they actually enjoy making people’s experience better. Erich was definitely the second type. He had a great attitude the entire time, stayed on top of everything, and brought a level of positivity that stood out without feeling forced. Even with a busy atmosphere, he made sure we felt taken care of and kept the energy up the whole visit. Great service like that is hard to come by these days. Huge shoutout to Erich for making the experience one worth coming back for.

  The food was alright and pretty much what I expected, but what really stood out during the visit was our server Erich. His positive attitude and energy honestly made the whole experience better. He was friendly from the start, kept checking in on us, and made us feel welcomed the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people a good experience instead of just doing the job. Sometimes good service can completely change a visit, and Erich definitely did that for us.

  Came here with my girlfriend for my weekend home from military, got a all you can play pass for a more than fair price considering the chip options get you tickets and I didn’t go there with a goal to win a prize. But before we left we went to the bar area inside the game room. Completely neglected the “wait to be seated” but did not stop our server Erich from speedy and more than efficient server. Recommended a very tasteful drink which I already had a 2nd one on the way before I finished the first which is extremely rare in my experiences going out. Extremely enjoyable experience and Erich made it even better. I would’ve gave him my wallet for that kind of service lol
