  I sent my dad in to get our order and I guess my dad just showed the guy our text message and he completely misread what I wanted. I wrote that I wanted #5 Vito unwhich with light onions, add cucumbers, with sea salt and vinegar chips that was emphasized on texts.They gave me an actual sandwich and I can’t have the bread because of a gluten Intolerance so I can’t eat my sandwich anymore. And the sandwich isn’t even full. The sandwich kinda looks like it’s been flattened because of how unfull it is. And my dad always asks to keep his bread in and they took it out. I don’t think we’ll be back to this location. We love right down the street but will drive the extra 20 minutes to get to the Kettering or Dayton Mall location instead.

  First time at JJs. Ordered what I thought was an Italian sub per the menu. It was served to me cold and needed to be cut in half. Took it home and heated it. I hated it and put half down the disposal. I have to admit I didn't know how to order off the menu. Shouldn't it have had Italian dressing? Anyway, not for me.

  Very disappointed with the quality of food I payed for today. Ordered an Unwich (lettuce wrap) that had very brown, rotten lettuce. I wish I could figure out how to attach a photo to my review.

  Staff were very unfriendly and seemed rushed and rude for no reason. Food was good.
