- HFHeather Ford3 days ago1.0It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review for anything, but this has been my FOURTH horrible experience at this location so I think it was about time. Every time I come here to pick up my food at the pick up window, I end up waiting at least 15 minutes. Today, I was in line for over 20 minutes and sat at the window with my car running for 5 minutes before anyone came to the window to ask for my name...and my food was sitting right there at the window the whole time while I saw workers running around. I told the guy working how long I had been waiting and thaf there were 5 cars behind me and he got very defensive. Very rude. I have worked in service for 4 restaurants and I get how things can be sometimes, but this has been a common theme with this location and I cannot say that I will EVER be back.

The employees were nice enough but the inside of the restaurant itself is pretty grimy and most of the tables needed to be wiped down. For what we paid we would have been better off going to an actual Mexican restaurant.
- JTj tritJul 14, 20261.0Ordered online and waited over an hour in line just for it to not be ready (by this point it was an hour after it was supposed to be done). Obviously the demand outweighs the staff working so either they need more staff or they need to turn off mobile ordering. Food is in small portions but yet they want to charge you full portion price. Seriously, you will get more bang for your buck ordering from chueys one exit up and they will bring the order to you. Either that or make chipotle at home because it’s no longer worth the money especially at this location.
