  ⭐ 1 star Very disappointing. The trash area was completely neglected, with trays, bags, bottles, and food waste piled on top even though the trash bins were right there. It looked dirty and unsanitary. I understand restaurants can get busy, but keeping the dining area clean is also part of good service. I hope management pays more attention to cleanliness.

  whoever has been in charge of cutting cilantro the past few months needs re-trained, or maybe they need to sharpen their knives. huge chunks of cilantro are pretty yucky, and ruining White Rice (the base of a majority of orders) is probably something that needs work employees are overworked but gosh be darned if i cant say that the corpo has the recipe figured out. when it's done right, its somethin i could eat every day overpriced tho. spend more time training your employees and pay them more

  If you do the chipotle lane make sure you check your order. They are almost always wrong. My husband orders the quesdilla, beans, corn salsa and chips. He is always missing an item. Tonight he was missing 3! He had to go inside and wait to get the food he was missing. When he got home both my kid and I's bowl had MAYBE 1 scoop of flatten rice in the bottom. When I scooped it up there was probabaly 1 cup of food in the whole bowl, if that. Granted we only get rice, beans and sour creme but usually it is at least half full of rice. To pay $7 for 1/4 bowl of food is disappointing. They need a better routine to double check orders to go to make sure all items are included and give people the food they pay for and put some rice in the bowls.

  I don't know why I even come to this location. I think I am just writing this to remind myself to never come here again! But, sometimes you get the chipotle craving, lose all sense of reality and order it, thinking it's going to be the service/quality of how it was in 2012, and then are immediately reminded it is 2026 and get smacked back down to earth, as soon as, I arrive with 10 cars deep in the pickup lane and 25 deep onside. I can only blame myself for still coming here, at this point, lol.

  Worst experience ive had. Ordered a bowl and was given the brown rice that was at the bottom of the metal container so it was mostly overcooked and hard as a rock. They had no fajita veggies prepared. The cook went in the back and brought up some that look like they had been grilled hours ago Also got the end of the sour cream which just wasn't much. I said id wait on a new one and he ignored me. Went back to ask for the cilantro lime sauce and they didn't have any prepared and was offered just more sour cream instead. I dont know if the staff here are new titles but this visit was absolutely horrible
