  The manager in here was cussing every time someone else pulled up to order because it’s getting to close to closing time and she can’t get anything done. It was 11 o clock and they don’t close for another hour… what’s your job without the customers? Don’t worry I don’t want to inconvenience you by ordering food! Will not return here . She was rude and told everyone to get her everything. Like if you aren’t gonna take orders why not go get your own lids and cups , and ice . Hopefully this isn’t how you like your business to be ran…

  Went to Arby’s last night with a friend and the service exceeded just acceptable. Even though the employees were working a later shift they treated my cousin and I with kindness. Alex (Chihuahua) stuck out in the way she attended to us, but all around the staff was wonderfu. Though I can’t speak for other Arby’s locations, Franklin Ohio Arby’s definitely is one I will support.

  Been here several times, regret everytime I've been there. Either my order is wrong or I have bubble guts after eating here. And what's up with the curly fries. Seems you get a few good pieces and the majority are inch long gnarled hard crispy pieces.
