I ordered from Arby’s app for pick up maybe once a week and usually when I Pick my order up the fries are usually hot and I always ask them for no salt but Today when I got my order and I got home, which is just two or three minutes away from Arby’s my fries wasn’t hot. And the fries taste like they were sitting underneath a heat lamp for a while. They tasted kind of disgusting. And my fries is really salty. Usually, when I order my Arby’s, I tell them at the drive-through to give me a crinkle fry without salt because I have issues with salt. I can’t eat salt. I was told by Miamisburg Ohio Arby’s manager that with pick up orders, they’re not supposed to get those ready until you pick them up. If that’s the case then why was my fries tasting my they’ve been sitting underneath the heat lamp for about 25 Minutes they tasted warm and old at the same time And with a whole bunch of salt on them.

When Did Arby’s Become Fine Dining? I stopped at your Springboro location and ordered what I thought was a pretty ordinary fast-food snack: six mozzarella sticks, a medium curly fry, and a medium Coke. Then I got the bill: $13.90. For a moment, I actually looked back at the receipt to make sure I hadn’t accidentally purchased part of the restaurant. $6.79 for six mozzarella sticks. $3.79 for fries. $3.09 for a fountain Coke. No sandwich. No entrée. Nothing remotely resembling a complete meal. I realize prices have increased everywhere over the past couple of years, but Arby’s seems to have approached inflation less as an economic problem and more as a personal challenge to see how far it can be taken. Fast food used to have a fairly simple business model: decent food, served quickly, at a reasonable price. When three basic side items are approaching $14, the word “value” starts requiring a fairly creative definition. The food was fine. The most impressive thing about the experience was actually the receipt. It managed to leave a stronger aftertaste than the mozzarella sticks. I suppose every purchase teaches you something, though, and my $13.90 certainly did. So thank you, Arby’s. For $13.90, I didn’t just get mozzarella sticks, fries, and a Coke I also got cured of the urge to stop at Arby’s again. Considering today’s prices, that might actually be the best value you have left.

They are open until 1130. Had lights off . Made a mobile order to pick up at 1115 and no one was acknowledging me at the drivethru. Had to call the store and waited entirely long for someone to finally pick up the phone so I can explain to them I made a prepaid mobile order and I'm here to pick up my food they first were shocked my mobile order was sent thru and told me if that I'm unlikely to have my order made but after checking to see what I placed for my mobile order they told me to pull thru and I had waited about 15 min to get my order. Past the recommended pickup time and was given the food right around 1130 when they are officially closed according to the website multiple cars were behind waiting for someone to greet them at the drivethru but was not granted service this was last 15 min of the supposedly open time of the shift that night.. very poor Service

Most of the time great place I order my lunch here often. The lady taking the order messed up my order completely. Slider with Roast Beef and Swiss not ham. Some people need to make sandwiches not take orders! 😂 💕 Do better with drive thru the guy is awesome no issues with my orders neither! Thanks
