  Messed up my Blonde 2x, asked for extra sweet, it wasn't sweet at all, then I had to wait and ask for my coffee again after sitting for almost 10 more minutes and it was less sweet than the 1st one. The bad part is this was my third visit in 3 days in a row but this was a new location, but this was a bad experience.

  The best stand!! Jenna and Cassie (I believe) helped me today but each time I have gone these last few weeks (usually around 1 on Thurs/Fri) everyone has been so sweet. I always go on my lunch break and they are so efficient and friendly!

  I went through early in the morning to get an emergency coffee run for a wedding and a young lady by the name of Claire took such great care of me, the line was very backed up and she was making drinks so fast and when the person at the front stepped away to get someone their drinks, Claire was fast to recognize my drinks waiting and brought them out to me with such a great attitude even though lots of others there seemed stressed with how many people were in line, it was a bonus that they were the best drinks I had there!!

  I don't know what bots are spamming reviews, but this is a cool concept held up by shit coffee and cheap prices. My creme brulee latte is just milk with a vague hint of coffee and no flavoring. Drive through needs better signage and to not block in parked cars, and every employee needs better training in talking to customers. Employees taking orders chik-fil-a style are walking all the way to 741 and actively putting themselves in danger so that the cars can sit and wait for 30 minutes, and the actual building itself is an OSHA nightmare with garbage being thrown on the floor and ice spilled and melting with every cold drink that gets made. Don't waste your money when you can go to places like biggby and get coffee that tastes like coffee. Eta: got home and immediately dumped it out.

  Had an awesome experience at Seven Brew thanks to Lexi! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while I was deciding what to order. She took the time to explain different options and made sure I got something I’d really enjoy. You can tell she cares about customer service and making people feel welcome. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had there—Lexi made my day!
