  If you love the cantina chicken burrito like I do... instead of paying $9.00... get a cheesy bean and rice, no creamy jalapeño, add Chipotle and Avocado ranch, roasted chicken, purple cabbage, lettuce, 3 cheese blend, Pico and order an avocado verde sauce pack and you've basically got the same burrito for $5.50

  I’m really disappointed with this order. The food was completely smashed and thrown together. The tortillas were soggy and falling apart, and everything was stuck to the lid. The chalupa looked just as bad. The toppings were all over the place, barely any meat, and it was messy and poorly made. It didn’t even resemble how it’s supposed to come. This wasn’t a small mistake. This was careless preparation and packaging. When you pay for food, you expect it to be made right and actually enjoyable. I’ve ordered from here before and never had it this bad. I couldn’t even enjoy the meal because of how unappetizing everything looked. This needs to be taken seriously. Customers deserve better than this.

  The girl with black hair in the drive through was RUDE as can be. Didn't even put my order in right so when I got to the window I told the guy that I thought she didn't get everything and I would like to see what she rang in and I hear "OH MY GOD I GOT EVERYTHING" from the girl beside him who took my order. She was being rude to the person in the drive through that she was taking the order for. I get having a long day and not wanting to work but if you can't be nice to customers you shouldn't be taking orders or being in the drive through.
