  I’m pretty sure most McDonald’s are going this route. But I don’t like it. When you go into order, there is no one at the front desk to order and they push you to the kiosks. I know you can get your order placed with a real human. But they don’t make it easy to do that. Also, this place was out of napkins… That seems like something they need to make sure they have more of. Finally, like most McDonald’s, the people there are working hard. But sometimes the food they serve is not very hot. And this one is no exception. Our fries were lukewarm. Chicken nuggets were OK. One last gripe. I got fries, chicken, McNuggets, and a large drink. And when the lady gave me my bag, she forgot to ask if I wanted ketchup. Of course she didn’t put it in there. And of course, I wanted ketchup. But back in the old days, they would ask you if you wanted ketchup. And now they don’t have any self serve spot in the restaurants to get condiments at the newer McDonald’s restaurants.

  The worst. This is the second time I’ve waited more than 15 minutes at this location for curbside. They said they delivered it to me for their stats and then I had to go in and get it. Take the extra time to drive to Kings island one over this location. You’ll still save time given how they don’t care here

  Food- I odered a Big Breakfast with steak, steak was burnt and got enough eggs to even piss off a toddler and the wait time was ridiculous, blame it in short staff, oldest excuse in the book to cover for their incompetence Service-dont get me started Atmosphere- tension and anger vibes in the air so thick you can cut it with a knife. All in all, I don't think I'll return to this location

  Worst McDonald’s ever! You never get what you order, ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes, and they didn’t even give us the hot cakes. And you can’t call and complain, no one answers the phone or it goes to voicemail. This McDonald’s sucks ever since it opened
